Pastor Jillian grew up in the Harrisburg area. She received her bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and her Master of Divinity from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia, SC. After ordination in 2012, Pastor Jillian served St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Lancaster, PA and served as interim pastor of Christ Lutheran Church in Duncannon, PA. She completed a Clinical Pastoral Education Residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, then served as Chaplain at Spang Crest, a Luthercare Community. She started her call at Epiphany Lutheran Church in January 2023, while continuing to serve as an Associate Chaplain at Hershey Medical Center.

Pastor Jillian is married to Travis Riddle. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, music, tea, sports, and being outdoors.
